Terms of Service

About us. Keren Avreichim of Paterson is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that supports alumni and their families. By using this website or donating, you agree to these terms.

Donations. Donations are processed in U.S. dollars. Tax receipts are issued by email for qualifying gifts. Recurring and installment pledges charge the card on file on the schedule you agreed to; you may request changes or cancellation at any time by contacting the office or through the donor portal. Refund requests are handled case-by-case by the office.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Program description. Keren Avreichim of Paterson sends recurring automated marketing and informational text messages to donors and alumni who opt in — for example donation receipts, reminders ahead of a scheduled gift charge, fundraising appeals, event and organizational updates, and marketing and promotional messages.

Opt-in. You consent to receive texts by providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our donation form, or by texting us first. Consent is not a condition of donating.

• Message frequency varies (typically 1–4 messages per month).
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to cancel at any time. You'll receive one final confirmation message.
• Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. See our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

General. We may update these terms; the current version is always at this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
